Most likely a 17 pitch. Aluminum is cheaper but not as bullet proof. Stainless steel is much more durable, but heavier. The real key is what pitch prop will get into the middle or top of the motors operating maximum rated RPM's. My F90 Yamaha is rated at 5000 to 6000 maximum. I use a 17 pitch aluminum that will top out at 5800. I tried a 19 Pitch that toped out at 5000. The 19 would get better fuel economy but struggle under a load and put a strain on the engine under a load. If was the only person in the boat the 19 would have been okay. On the other hand if you frequently haul heavy loads, for example four fisherment and their gear you could even need a 15 pitch. Start with a 17 and adjust from there.
