I have a 2004 model 15FMH Short with the standard prop as purchased new & have recently installed it on a new Stacer 3.79 Pro Line. The motor will not lift the boat on to a plane with three POB, I have tried various trim positions & moving weight forward & back, could you suggest any options other than a bigger motor, ie: prop pitch: ?, there is ample power when we have two POB.

Might try the smallest pitch prop that is available to see if helps.
