lock motor

just installed a 9.9 high thrust yamaha on my cat the steering will be the boats how do i lock the motor

Yes lock down the steering on the 9.9 and use the main motor as a rudder to steer.

i've locked the kicker straight and used the main motor to act as a rudder...

this doesn't work the greatest...
