  • where's the answer for my v-max.

i just got back from running my boat and still loss power on wot.I cleaned the o2 sensor last night and thought that was some of the reason it was losing power.I need some suggestion guys ,I've tried afew things but no positive feedback yet.I dont have a test harness but would like to know if there is anyway else to check the electrical side . I have a multimeter . Is the test harness only good for one application or is it for most apps.

Don't know what model motor you have but try pumping fuel primer bulb when it starts to stall out or bumping choke to see if helps. You need a peak reading voltmeter to test ignition components but can use a timing light to check for loss of fire on each cylinder.

If this is a OX66 or a HPDI model then need to have fuel pressure run to see if have a fuel problem.
