Yamaha 15A outboard problem

I've just bought the above outboard it's getting a spark,I've stripped the carb
cleaned it to the best of my ability and put in new gaskets, the pump is pumping fuel it ran for about three seconds then stopped I've been unable
to restart it i'd appreciate any advice I can get. thank you.

Check compression, if has fire and fuel that only leaves compression.
