Four stroke 250 shutting down

2008 250 4/stroke. When running at higher rpms, motor suddenly shuts down. I can immediately start it up and run. Seems ro do it mostly over 4500 rpm, but sometimes less. I tried disconnecting kill switch in case that was problem. Did not help. Any ideas?

Check fuel filters, try pumping fuel primer bulb when starts to stall to see if stays running. May need to remove and clean vapor separtor tank and filter.
