key switch alarm

I have no sound when I turn the key on before starting the starboard engine. Is this a key switch problem or is there a fuse that controls this? Port side working properly. Thanks

"sounds" like you have a bad buzzer, swap them to be certain.

If the alarm doesn't sound during the test on your dual engine setup pull the hood off the side that isn't sounding and do a test of the overheat circuit. Pick one of the overheat sensors and unplug the two wires and plug them together (harness side) then turn the key on and see if the overheat alarm sounds. If it does not then you have a bad buzzer on that ignition switch or it's unplugged for some reason and you can further investigate that.
