Carb question for p95

I recently bought an older yamaha motor from my friend. I took the carb off and cleaned it now i can't get it to start. It will pop and gas is getting to the plug. I was wondering if anyone knew the settings for the jets on the carb. It is a mikunni carb and the motor is a self contained Yamaha p95 the serial number is s12971 any help would be very helpful and appreciated.
