I just recently started one of my outboard motors and the strangiest thing happen and I was looking for suggestions. The motor started fine and when I turned off the key, the motor did not stop running, but it was not running correctly. When I turned the key back on, it was almost like it started while it was already running. Is it possible that all the cylinders don't stop running and when I turn the key back on all of them start again?? Any ideas?
