Special Tools for outboards? where do i get 'em?

Im looking at my manual and in the timing and synchronization section. I need a:

1)Dial indicator that fits in the #1 spark plug lead

2)Shop Tachometer (with solid state electronic circuits) to attach to powerhead

3)Test Prop... (might as well do it right) or is it worth it

4)Timing light connected to #1 spark plug lead-im pretty sure this one doesn't have to be any special light.

Can someone (Boats.net lol) tell me where I get this suff, or if I really need it.

I plan on getting very invovled in Outboard Mechanics and I have to teach myself because their are no schools here.
