2002 Yamaha F100 idle problem

Just changed Rectifier and CDI unit. Engine starts ok, but wil not idle.All ok above 900-1000rpm. Have adjusted on rods and TPS and got it a little better, are unsure if this wil influence on ignition setting? (TPS adjustment).
Any idea how to cure this?

Could need carbs removed and cleaned and or carbs synchronized.
