93 spit & sputter

Have a 93 model 150 that sat up for 4 or 5 yrs. Motor probably doesn't have 200 hrs on it. Drained, refilled tank. Ran about 12 gal of fresh fuel w/ sea foam mixed at 2 oz per gal. Idles fine but only runs at high speed at about 1/4 to 1/2 choked. Any suggestions?
