Dies after long idle or *****ing.

I have a 2003 225 turb. After a while of idle or *****ing, the engine acts like it runs out of fuel. I prime it up and it goes again. Runs fine running fast.

I have changed my fuel lines, primer bulb, fuel water separater, anti siphen valve, and filters outside the engine.

My next step is to change the low pressure fuel pump which is 485 dollars. I need to check the vaccum and output pressure. Does anyone know what those pressures are? Also when the pump runs, should it spray fuel or be a solid stream?

check the low pressure relief valve number 1 in link below crack pressure is 10 psi .

as low pressure pump only works for 10 sec on 20 sec off if engine revs are below 1200 rpm if this is bypassing fuel vst will run low on fuel
