Spark plugs Oiling Up causing Motor to Stop

My 8 HP Two stroke outboard fouls plugs after as little as four hours on new plugs. Service centre has no solution. I have noticed that an oil residue drips from motor when tilted after running. I have tried all types of fuel oil and use only fresh fuel.

Oil ratio on that engine is 100:1 so there shouldn't be much in it. Check compression, fuel pump and carbs and use Yamalube or a good TCW 3 Certified oil.
