High new here and want some help. I got a 1997 Proline 170 cc with 07 yam 90hp. I getting only 50 rpm on the tack maxxed out. I got a hydro foil on with a 13.5x15 aluminum prop. I cruise about 40,000 rpm and seem to be going really slow.

40,000 RPM is really screaming maybe you are talking about 4000 rpm
