Repairing steel fuel tank

Hi,

I have a Yamaha steel fuel tank that has a half inch harline crack whcih is causing slow seepage.

Can I use "liquid steel" type products to seal this crack?

no get a new tank ..........too dangerous fuel leaking into the bottom of your boat.
