The port motor is not starting.When you go to turn the motor on it sounds as though the battery is dead. These are new batteries and the meter reads 13.5. When I start the starboard motor and let it run for a while and use the parallel battery switch the port motor still will not start.But when I use the trim and tilt for the port motor it doesn't work.So I keep messing with the trim and tilt and it start to work and then the motor starts.All of this is being done while the starboard motor is running.Now the one indication thats let me know that the port motor is about to start, is the beeper, when the ignition key is half turned, sounds strong and loud as oppose to week and muffled.I realize there is a short somewhere.O yes these are both Yamaha 200 hp 4 strokes 2004 motors. Any suggestions.
