I have a Yamaha F90 4 stroke 2009 model and have installed a HDS-5 on the boat. I would like to hook up the required cables to run the NMEA 2000 network so I can get the engine data displayed on the HDS-5. Now what I am having a hard time finding out is exactly which cables I need. I believe I need 120-311 Yamaha Adapter Cable-BL however West Marine comes up completely diffenerent. I know I need two cables but which two I need I don't know can anyone help? My HDS does use blue connectors. Also I am not running a command link system just a analong Tach and that is it.

Yamaha has a gateway module you can install but if you don't have Command Link gauges then would need Command link hubs and harness to install.

6Y8-81920-11-00 IN-Line Hub

You would have order all those parts, no kits available unless go to Command Link Gauges.
