add analog water temp gauges

1994 salt water II 225 - I want to install analog water pressure and temperature gauges that are NOT tied into the existing digital gauges and alarm systems (I want to retain those systems intact and operating, but separately want to be able to monitor water temperature and temperature with old fashioned analog gauges
