adjusting floats

ok to start off i know im an idiot.i have 2005 or 2005 yamaha outbourd 2 stroke 60ltr. thye carbs were clogged from water and not being used i pulled the carbs off took them apart and soaked them but not thinkingb took the vloats off not looking at them so i put verything together and the motor runs but is leaking gas threw thge top vent so i need too know if anyonbe can tell me how to adjust the floats too the right position thank you all very much.

The floats should be about level with carb inverted, sounds like you have float vlave not seating.
