2stroke 4hp yamaha outboard

The motor will start on choke and low throttle. When either giving more throttle or less choke it dies. Clean new gas, spark plugs are clean and new. Fuel gets to plugs. Motor has been sitting for about 3 months. When put away ran fuel out of carberator, and stored in a dry area.
Any help will be appreciated.

I would suggest you strip and clean the carb
It definately sounds like the pilot jet is blocked.
I sometimes use the 'hair' of a wire brush to poke through the jets and orifices
It would be good to blast air through too
Take the carb 'body' to yer local motorbike mending shop
They will have the correct nozzle on an airline to clear stuff like this.
