idle problems

1996 200 txru yamaha willnot idle once its launched but will idle on a flush unit . Runs out good at full throttle. It acts as if its misfiring at times. Have changed plugs, water seperator,cleaned carbs,ohmed coils. I am at a stalemate.

Check compression, check sync, check for air leaks in intake.

Compression on all cilinders were 110 to 115 psi,checked for intake leaks,found none,what is the procedure for checking the sync?

Need to refer to service manual for steps to synchronized and adjust carbs and timing for your exact model.
