clean carbs 1999 f100txry
Hi, to all yamaha owners this is my first post. I have had twin f100's for ten years and I like to do my own repairs. I'm an old motorhead since high school and I'm cheap. My carbs need to be cleaned rough idling and poor throttle response. The dealer wants 100 dollars a carb thats 800 both motors. I have a factory service manual which shows a vacuum gauge set:YU-08030/90890-03094 I need this vacuum port adapters I have a gauge also I need the carb. kits I checked yamaha outboard parts and they show a kit for $103.00 which is different than my carburetors. Mine has no filter element and a different float Any help would be appreciated
