power trim oil leak

I have a 2003 HPDI 200hp, well maintained w/ 300 hrs. the power trim is leaking oil where the pump unit bolts onto the manifold. a mechanic replaced the 5 O rings and it still leaks, the two surfaces of the pump and manifold appear clean and no cracks. before he worked on it it was a small drip, now it leaks worse.
would like suggestions onthe problem and how to repair.

Check to see if both surfaces are flat.

we machined the pump side surface flat and it is holding presure now.
