2004 Yamaha 50HP idle issue and hesitation on throttle

I have a 50 TLRC that I bought used. This engine has the fuel enrichment/primer system. I have removed all old fuel, changed plugs, new fuel filter, used can of sea foam. Engine idels ok for a while and then you will hear a clunk and the eninge shuts off. It restarts fine but you never know when it will cut off and when it does there is always a clunk sound. Also when we excellerate there is a hisitation like it not getting fuel and it will pick fuel up and seem to run fine. I did find a kink in the vent line of the fuel tank and it will effect me refuling the inboard tank. I am in the process of installing a hard 90 degree elbow to solve the vent line being kinked but I have not do so yet.

Sounds like a lean sneeze. I would pull and clean carbs.
Make sure you do the link and sync like the manual states after reinstalling the carbs.
