I have this motor on a 2009 2110cc out lander polar kraft. Just wandering what rpm should run at wide open throttle. Book says 5000 to 6000 rpm. To me that's quite a bit of difference

It is 5000 to 6000 due to the varenaces in what prop pitch you run. each pitch change can vary 400 rpm per number up or down. If your motor is with in the 5000 to 6000 wide open then you are fine. My motors in past would alway run 5700 with stock prop on it. If I went to larger pitch like stock is say 21 pitch and you put on a 23 the rpm would be 400 rpm lower than running the stock prop.
