My motor is hard to start when cold. I have to crank it as many as 7 or 8 times when it is cold (50 to 80 degrees). I squeeze the bulb until is firm and when it finally starts, it idles rough and does not go to a fast idle. The manual says it has "prime start" but gives no specific instruction other than to simply turn the key. It starts fine when warm if I crack the throttle slightly. The hard start condition has not changed since new.
Thanks for any help.
