tilt problem

I have a Yamaha 250hp 1996 2 stroke model. The tilt cylinder leaks at the seal
where the piston goes into the cylinder. Is there any way to fix this or do I need to purchase the whole piston assembly.

Can I just purchase the "tilt piston sub assy."?
