no gas to carbs

I have a 50hp two stroke 2002. Checked everything from the gas tank to the carbs. Fuel pump is working and fuel filter isnt clogged. Last time i ran the motor it almost seemed to go into limp-mode, it wouldnt rev up and died after trying to make it back to dock within 3mins. So is there a switch or somthing on the carbs telling me the oil pump could be bad? Which is keeping the gas from going in the carbs? Thinking this i pulled off top tube going into the carb from the oil pump. I cranked it over for 5 to 10 seconds and no oil seemed to be pushing through? Any suggestions?

Oi pump has nothing to do with fuel, probably need to clean carbs.
