'95 115hp Oil Injection Problems?

My boat has been fouling out spark plugs rather quickly and has had some trouble starting lately after running flawlessly 5-6 times. I don't know anything about outboards, but everyone that has looked at it, think it is a problem with my oil/fuel mixture. Is this adjustable? If so, can I do it? The spark plugs when taken out have a lot of oil around the threading and electrode. I was told this is not normal, but am not sure. Any help as were to start is appreciated. I would like to be able to use my boat for the remainder of the lake season, and then take it to someone for a few weeks.

I would think that if you picked up a service manual for your motor it would give a step by step procedure for checking and adjusting the oil linkage. It will pay for itself many times over by letting you do your own maintenance.
It is also easy to change the plugs and keep spares on hand
