ni idle '07 115 2 stroke

yam 115 hp '07 2 stroke was running great. laid up for winter after running all gas out of system. now will not idle . starts ok, runs at 2000 rpm ok but will not idle just dies can restart after choke.
how to take intake silnercover off mine is hooked to linkage and libary only has manuala up to 1998. even went to west marine their manual does not tell how to undo intake silner cover from carb. also will carb cleaner work on low jet clean out. or what can i do/// help////

Need to remove and clean carbs, it has plugged jets or passages.
