30 hp runs great then not

hello have a 1989 30 hp that runs great for a couple hours then 1 or 2 cyclinders quit firing what could be wrong , allready changed cdi ouch not the problem could it be pick ups? any info would help

It could be charge coil, pulsor coil or ignition coils, need to test them all.

will test them all but problem seems to be intermittent , boat is at camp hrs away ,could there be a bad wire or something that fails when it gets warm, also it doesn,t idle when 1 or 2 cylinders aren,t firing,so im sure its not a carb problem.runs great for a few hours ,thought it was the cdi so i have a new cdi for sale lol
