bogging down t50

O have a 99 t50 ho. Runs fine for awhile then boggs down after running on step. Checked fuel for water looked good. New spark plugs,new fuel filter,and new fuel water seperator. If I let it sit awhile it starts up and runs fine for awhile. I'm thinking maybee fuel pump going bad? Or something electrical going bad that deals with the fuel?
