1/4" prop dia. difference a big deal

i have a 2000 115 2 stroke with yamaha 13" dia x 19" pitch aluminum prop that needs replacing,its dinged up pretty good, I can get a good deal on a yamaha stainless steel prop measuring 13 1/4" in dia. x 19" pitch,would 1/4" dia. increase effect performance much if any ? thanks

When switching from a aluminum prop to a stainless steel prop need to drop one pitch size, would need 17 pitch SS.
