buzzer 50 hp 4 stroke

I have a 50 hp 4 stroke and a buzzer started going off under the dash of my pontoon boat dash. The buzzer went off about 5 minutes after I cranked up. My water pressure looked good and the motor seemed to be running OK. The motor went dead and then would not crank. It would not turn over at all. Would the buzzer and the not cranking be related. Could it be the switch? I put a jump box on and it still would not turn over.

Sounds like motor is locked up, check to see if you can move the flywheel by hand
