ox66 150 leaking oil in tilt up position.

When I tilt my ox66 150 forward it starts leaking 2stroke oil out onto the transom deck. Maybe the o-ring seal on the onboard tanks cap is bad?
I'm at a loss here.

pull the cowling and see where it is coming from when you tilt it.
Make sure there is not oil pooled up and it just runs out when you tilt it up.

I cleaned all pooled oil from the lower cowl and tilted it up. It started leaking right away which has me at a loss.
