no fuel pressure

I have a 98 250 ox66 saltwater series, had fuel pump replaced last year big bucks.. having same problem again mechanic said bring it in. is there somthings I can check clean or do before I go that route again.. any help would be nice

make sure there is no tank vacuum, good fuel supply to low pressure pumps
low pressure pumps are good
hi pressure pump filter is clean
be sure to not leave gas standing in vst tank for longer than one month periods without operating

check out about e10 in fuel as there is big problems there, also run fuel sabilizer if the pump is only that old you maybe able to get working with out replacing in sit
