40T 2 stroke carb issue

Engine was dying on idle & coming off idle after working fine just before Runs fine full & part throttle . Raised idle setting & problem not so bad but sounds like only 2 cylinders operating . My plan run for a while at new idle , stop & pull plugs to see if defective cylinder can be ID'd. Then clean the low speed jet & bowl Question are low speed jets the problem & are they located in bowl Carbs are Keihin . Other suggestions?

Check your fuel pump first see if the diaphram is ok ...........no holes

Running lean can and will hurt a motor so be careful.
clean all carbs if one has a problem the the others are going to also
