1995 F50 Tiller Cables too short

I have a '95 Yamaha F50 four stroke (F50TLRT) that I am converting to tiller. The handle I have fits the mount but the handle seems too long or the throttle and shift cables are too short by 3+ inches. I am not sure of the part number for the tiller handle. Please help.
