115 2 stroke wont start after carb job

After doing a basic carb clean I am having trouble getting my 2002 115 hp 2 stroke started. It was running rough before I took the carbs off to clean and now it wont start at all!?!?!?!? I drained the entire fuel system thinking the fuel might be a little old and afterward I am getting fuel to the carbs but it still wont start. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

Did you check to see if carbs have fuel in them?

carbs do have fuel and I am getting spark.?.? I am about to take to shop!?!?!?

you need compression, spark, and fuel/ air to run. so you must be missing something or they are in the wrong proportion.

Make sure the choke is hooked up properly. It's easy to mess up and hidden behind the intake baffle. Visually verify that the auto choke is working.
