2003 F115 4 stroke Tilt Trim issue

My engine all of a sudden wont come up or go down. It acts like the battery is dead. The rest of the boat and engine works great still. It started to go down and died out. Now it "clicks" when I try. It does the same from the throttle switch and the swith on the engine itself. Yesterday it worked fine. Any help is appreciated.

May be a bad trim motor if wont go up or down.
