f115 cam timing

Long story short i got a f115 2000 model. The guy that worked on it took the timing belt off and now the marks dont line back up. All i need to do is put the belt back on. I see the 2 cam gears have arrows on them. What should the arrows line up to and what do i put the flywheel mark on to get everything back inline to put the belt back on?

Best to get a service manual and follow directions carefully, if get out of time serious engine damage could occur.
