Water in lower unit 8sh

I bought a 1987 yamaha 8hp for $30 I brought it home pull the carb off cleaned. Next mourning put fuel to it fired up 2nd pull ran for a second with no water hooked up just to see if it would fire up. Pulled the lower unit off to change impeller and found water in the oil the bearing housing was very crusty so ordered new housing and seals for it. Question is should I order seals for around the prop while I am at it and how hard is it to change them

get a manual for the motor it will show you what all is needed step by step along with the tools needed and it will pay for itself many times over if you plan on working on the motor yourself.
