on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the hardest) how hard is it to change out the power head with a rebuilt power head myself.

youll need a cherry picker and much patience with the 6" mount bolts,especially if the head was never been pulled,youll be lucky if the motor was fresh only.when backing them out,do not force them or they wiil break quite easily,try to lube with a good penetrator,retighten then try again. if still stubborn get out the torch and warm it up. if all comes apart with no resistence, its a breeze.
