Throttle cable/ controle cable

I have a 2004 Yamaha F40TLRC and a 703 remote. I am installing these on a diffrent boat. I have purchased new cables and ends which I researched from this site. The shift cable operates correctly when installed, but when I installed the throttle cable it does not advance as much as needed to give WOT. My question is: Are the throttle cable and the shift cable the same part number/ same cable? Any help on this is greatly appriciated.

The throttle cable and shift cable are the same....interchangable between the two.

Try adjusting the nut on the engine side to open the throttle fully.
