Max RPM with new props

I have twin 1993 Yamaha 70 2 strokes. I've tried a few different pitches of Turbo Pros and I currently have 13.25X =15" installed. The max RPM trimmed up is 5000. The WOT range for that year is 4500-5500. I have different opionions saying that RPM is ok and not ok. I like the performance of these props but am concerned about lugging the motors. Motors are running great, are as high up as i can mount them, and the load makes little difference. Thanks

It's not ideal but a lot of people prop them at mid range.
