I had my mechanic working on the boat three weeks ago and after changing the plugs we were able to get it going. Haven't started it in three weeks and just before putting it in the water today I tried to start it but it didn't fire. It turned over everytime but it never got going. Not even a stall out. The battery has been suggested as being to weak, and an electrical ignition switch or something. Any ideas?

Have you checked to see if has spark at plugs? What is model number of motor? -
We changed the plugs three weeks ago when we got the boat running. I picked up six new ones at AutoZone and PepBoys. I don't know how to check for a spark at the plugs. How do I do that?Comment

Try the manual choke if it has one, don't know what motor you have.Comment
