Service a Quicksilver ride guide

Morning, Any one know what to service on a rideguide, or know of a manual for it, would like to re grease the cable if poss. any pit falls that I must watch out for, if I take the steering wheel off , and the cable ?

Can't grease inside of steering cable just where it moves in and out of tilt tube on motor.
