1987 yamaha 40 ETLH

I am setting up this motor for a small river boat. I will be converting from a full remote setup to a manual(tiller) setup for this application. what all parts will be needed to accomplish this ? Tiller handle conversion kit and does this take care of the F-N-R shift also, or is there additional parts for that ?

The tiller handle kits are no longer available for that motor, maybe someone here will know of a used one for you.
