Wiring 2000 Yamaha Digital Tach to 2006 75 Yamaha OB

I have a 2006 75hp Yamaha OB on my 2000 boat with same year controls and Yamaha TAch. I can’t seem to get the trim tilt working at the control and the Yamaha Digital Tach doesn’t work I need the wiring harness diagram. Can anyone direct me to a 2000 Yamaha wiring diagram. ThankS!!!
